Financial assistance requests must include a copy of the Montgomery County Public Schools Free and Reduced Meals (FARMS) program certificate. Returning players are guaranteed a place on their current team only if registered by midnight on June 30, 2008, after which all players, returning and new, are placed on a first-come, first-served basis.
