PRACTICE DATES NOT AVAILABLE

+ Pay special attention to dates listed as NOT AVAILABLE due to school functions limiting access to fields. 
+ DO NOT hold practice on a date that is not available as it will jeopardize our permits for the rest of the season.

FIELD NUMBER

+ Many locations have more than one field.
+ Please note your assigned field number in the "Field" column in the middle of the page.

PRACTICE FIELD AVAILABILITY

  • Practice permits start the week of September 4-7 and run through the week of October 22-26.
  • Permits will not be available Labor Day, Monday, September 3.
  • Dates that are not available during the fall season will be noted when you receive your permit assignment(s).
  • It is important that all MSI teams abide by date restrictions so that we do not jeopardize the use of these fields for current and future MSI teams.


WEATHER INFORMATION

Please note that the County has a weather hotline information number (301.579.5610) and a website (www.montgomeryparks.org/rainoutline) which MUST be checked in the event of inclement weather or wet fields on a given day. It is your team’s responsibility to check to determine if the field has been closed. Please check the weather hotline number or Parks website for the status of PRACTICE FIELDS ONLY. As in the past, the MSI website will be the final determinant of the status of games.

Please read over all information before clicking the link to submit your permit requests. Requests with incomplete or inaccurate information will delay processing and therefore your permit assignment.

PERMITTING PROCESS

* The link below will take you to the StackSports/U.S. SoccerConnect log on page. 
* Log on to the site.
* NOTE - If this is your first time using the system, you will need to create an account.
* Skip the section that asks for documentation and a photo ID as this is NOT required.
* Provide the information requested about your team.
* If you coach more than one team you must complete the request process for your first team, then log back in to the  system to complete the request process for any additional teams you coach.
* Indicate three DIFFERENT choices per permit request.
* Duplicates will not be accepted and will delay processing your request.
* Teams may request a second permit for an additional fee.
* Second permit requests will be processed after all first permit requests have been addressed.
* Once you submit your first permit request, use the second link below to submit your second permit request.
* The form includes a “comment” field for you to provide additional information for the processors (e.g., requests by coaches of      multiple teams for back to back practices, etc.).
* The person filling out the form will receive a confirmation email immediately after submitting.
* Emailed requests will not be accepted.

  • Maryvale ES Fields #3 and #4
  • Meadowbrook LP Field #9
  • Potomac ES Field #2


FEES AND PAYMENT

  • Rec team first permit: FREE (one for every Recreational Program HEAD coach/team)
  • Second permit: $31.00
